Tangle Wild

The Tangle Wild is a new wild variation on the immensely popular Tangle Junior. The 'wild' collection consists of cool wildlife patterns, there is the snake pattern, a loudmouth pattern, or zebra stripes, giraffe print, camouflage patches. The Tangle Wild junior can be twisted, looped, coiled and knotted. This smaller Tangle is ideal for carrying around.

The Tangle Junior can help children who are easily distracted to concentrate at school. By aimlessly twisting and fidgeting with a Tangle, they can better regulate stimuli and thus focus better on what is being told. It is therefore often used as a therapeutic tool.

TANGLES are also great for improving fine motor skills or loosening up the fingers for a writing exercise.

There are various Tangles. Children with ADHD, autism or HSP often have a preference for a particular Tangle. While one child's favourite is the TANGLE Fuzzies, another may prefer the Tangle HAIRY.Therefore, it is best to let the child choose his or her own Tangle, so he or she can find out what he or she likes to fiddle with.

Although fidget toys like the Tangle are increasingly allowed in the classroom, it is advisable to make proper arrangements about who can use them and when.

Toy or therapeutic tool?
You have fidgeting and you have playing. When a Tangle is used to fidget and thereby focus, the child will unconsciously turn and fidget. You will notice that the child is better able to sit still, become calm and have focus with the teacher.

When the child starts tapping, starts making figures, he is consciously playing. At such a time, it is a toy and not used as a tool.
