Absence Summer Holiday Period - no delivery:

From july 20th until august 16th is our annual summer holiday period-  next delivery monday 19th. Orders places and paid on july 19 th before 15.00 hours will be send out that day, orders after 15.00 hours will be send out on august 19th.

 

Tijdens de dagen dat we afwezig zijn worden er GEEN bestellingen klaar gemaakt of verzonden.Ook zijn we die dagen slecht bereikbaar via telefoon en zal mail minder vaak worden gelezen en met vertraging worden beantwoord. Voor spoed zaken kunt u ons het beste een whatsapp bericht sturen.

 




 

Shipping Holidays Sinterklaas and Christmas,

Around the holidays shipping will always take longer than normal. We advise to always take in account a minimum of 2 shipping days. We are trying to pack every order on the same day, but please consider that we also have more order than regular, so it could take us a little longer.

During the Christmas break - Dutch: kerstvakantie, we will not pack and ship orders every day, but probably every other day. So please take in account that delivery will take a little bit longer.

 

On this page we list the most current shipping information. If the shipment is different than usual, such as when we visit trade fairs, are absent for training, during holiday periods or around the holidays, we will inform you below. If there are no details, orders that are ordered and paid for before 2 p.m. are normally shipped the same working day.

 

When ordering, I did not see that you are on vacation, do I really need the products immediately?
Very unfortunate, but in such a situation there are two possibilities. You can indicate that you still want to wait, or you can cancel your order. In that case, orders will really be canceled and credited after our holiday.

 

I just ordered something before my holiday, but I want to exchange it / it is broken.
Send us an email that you want to exchange - or return something. We cannot accept returns during our holiday period, but please send your product in after we get back and it will be processed asap.

 

I placed an order, but I don't think the payment went well. Can you check if it has been paid?
In this case, send an email and we will try to check it for you. Response may take 48-72 hours.
